At RCM Supplies, operated by Business Bravo IT Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return and refund policy.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items purchased from RCM Supplies within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The item is in the same condition in which you received it
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items, pet food that has been opened)
- Personal care items that have been opened or used
- Items that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accident
- Gift cards
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at contact@rcmsupplies.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions.
Please do not send returns without first contacting us. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be processed.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Change of Mind / Other Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued (e.g., if the item shows signs of use, is missing parts, or is not in its original condition).
- Denied Refunds: If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will notify you and return the item to you at your expense.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@rcmsupplies.com
- Include photos of the damaged or defective item and its packaging
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@rcmsupplies.com.
8. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@rcmsupplies.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process.
