1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states and U.S. territories. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain oversized items. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
3. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed the next business day.
During peak periods (holidays, promotional events), processing times may be slightly longer.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with:
A tracking number
A link to track your package
The estimated delivery date
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Any applicable free shipping promotions will be automatically applied at checkout when eligible.
6. Delivery Issues
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package shows as delivered by the carrier, RCM Supplies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:
Providing a secure delivery address
Tracking your package using the provided tracking number
Contacting the carrier directly if the package shows as delivered but was not received
If you believe your package was lost in transit (tracking shows no delivery), please contact us at contact@rcmsupplies.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Multiple Items / Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different locations. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
8. Address Changes
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at contact@rcmsupplies.com. We can only accommodate address changes if the order has not yet shipped.
