Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food, beverage and personal care items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged in transit.

How to start a return

Email contact@rcmsupplies.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect — in that case we cover it and offer a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
